FAQs
Will my child actually end up sleeping better?
Absolutely! However, I can write the ideal sleep plan, guide you and give you support but it will only be as successful as you make it. It does take work! Consistency is key. I have never had an unhappy client! I am confident in my methods.
Will my child cry?
To be straight forward, likely yes. Crying is the only way for your child to express their feelings about the change they are experiencing. Our goal is to minimize crying by working to be ultra consistent, offering a sleep schedule that facilitates sleep rather than works against it.
My child is a toddler or is a school aged child, is it too late to sleep train?
Nope! I work with children through age 5! The older the child is the longer the process takes. I highly recommend a 3 week package for children who are in a toddler bed or big kid bed.
Do you work with multiples?
Yes! Parents of multiples mean business, they don’t have time to mess around and have always been some of the receptive parents to work with. I welcome you! I do not charge extra for multiples.
What if my baby still needs to eat at night? Can you still help us?
Of course! Incorporating feedings is totally expected for little ones. Our goal is for them to eat and go back to sleep quickly until it’s time to start the day.
I live in a different city or country, can we still work together?
Of course, I will do my best to help you with respect to time differences. I also offer email only sleep packages. Contact me if you are interested in doing email only correspondence with any of the above packages.
What if I am breastfeeding?
That is totally fine! We will come up with a plan that accommodates your child’s nutritional needs. No matter what your child eats, I always recommend getting approval from your child’s pediatrician before dropping night feeds if your child is under 12 months of age.
