Hello!
Thank you for your interest in working with me! At this current time, I am on maternity leave through early March 2024, however I still have loads of helpful resources as well a sleep training course available to you!
If you are a prospective family:
I have compiled my most popular FREE resources, HERE. From webinars packed full of helpful sleep info, schedules, and more, to blog posts, I am confident you can use these to troubleshoot! Click HERE to go to my blog for a list of more helpful topics.
If you are looking to sleep train, please check out my sleep training course , which is a start-tonight sleep training course, designed to walk you through teaching your child how to sleep independently! It covers a clear, straightforward, trust-promoting method that will teach you EXACTLY what you need to do, each day and night. Click HERE to learn more about The Better Sleep Course. My course families have been very successful at teaching independent sleep!
If you are a newborn parent, please see my guidebook, The Newborn Nest. In this guide, I detail and outline exactly what I did to teach independent sleep from the beginning while being mindful of the 4th trimester, breastfeeding, and general newborn/mama health. It covers how to soothe your baby, teach sleep, handle wakings, schedules, and more.
If you are a past client or are looking for 1-1 private services, I recommend that you check out the FSI Graduate database HERE, and choose a consultant, for further help. Many offer troubleshooting phone calls. Keep in mind, most sleep consultants have virtual services, so you aren’t limited by location, although being in the same time zone can be easier for communication purposes.
Since launching my business in Feb 2019, I have been lucky enough to work with hundreds of incredible, dedicated parents. It is not easy to take a pause, but at this time I will be focusing on healing and my newest bundle!
If you would like to be waitlisted for 1-1 coaching when I am back to working with families, please click HERE.
Thank you so much for your patience and understanding,
Warmly, Lexi
