When our children are rested, they are happier and more adaptable. When we are rested we are better, more patient parents, better spouses, make better decisions. Sleep affects all aspects of our life. The reward of providing your child with healthy sleep habits is invaluable.
Over the next several weeks we can work together to meet the following goals:
1. Achieve independent sleep.
2. Consolidate your child's sleep.
3. Bring adult time back!

Most sleep plans take 2 weeks to fully complete and work out all kinks.
A 1 week package is ideal for mild sleep struggles, example; your child is currently sleeping independently but is struggling with night wakings or early rising. You, the parent are okay with moderate crying methods.
Sleep Consulting is a progressive, interactive process. Teaching our children healthy sleep habits takes commitment from the parent; if it took 10 months, 2 years, 5 years and so on, to establish your child’s current sleep habits, it will take time to adjust those habits. With each new challenge during this process I will be there to guide you. You are the expert in your child, I am the expert in sleep- together we can achieve better sleep for your family.
You might be wondering…
Will my child actually end up sleeping better?
That is our goal! However, I can write the ideal sleep plan, guide you and give you support but it will only be as successful as you make it. It does take work! Consistency is key. I have never had an unhappy client!
Do you work with multiples?
Yes! Parents of multiples mean business, they don’t have time to mess around and have always been some of the receptive parents to work with. I welcome you! I do not charge extra for multiples.
What if my baby still needs to eat at night? Can you still help us?
Of course! Incorporating feedings is totally expected for little ones. Our goal is for them to eat and go back to sleep quickly until it’s time to start the day.
I live in a different city or country, can we still work together?
Of course, I will do my best to help you with respect to time differences. I also offer email only sleep packages. Contact me if you are interested in doing email only correspondence with any of the above packages.
What if I am breastfeeding?
That is totally fine! We will come up with a plan that accommodates your child’s nutritional needs. No matter what your child eats, I always recommend getting approval from your child’s pediatrician before dropping night feeds if your child is under 12 months of age.
